Teucrium FruiticansTeucrium FruiticansThis hardy evergreen, with its broad, upright, pale blue to grey foliage and open habit, makes a perfect contrasting plant in structured landscapes. In spring, the new growth produces prolific, pale lilac blue flowers. Teucrium, in recent years, has become best known as a fast growing, formal hedge and border, complementary to the modern suburban home. This plant is approximately eighteen months old when it reaches the garden centre and could double in size over the next year eventually growing to a height of 2 metres, however for hedging it is best shaped to a height of 0.45 metres by 0.25 metres if desired. |
