Sedum Purple EmperorSedumThis herbaceous plant is quickly becoming a favourite with all that choose it. The dark plum purple almost black foliage is vibrant and intensifies over the summer months producing rich red flowers. It has a good compact, clumping habit that is happy in the garden or containers. For the best foliage colour the plant needs full sun. It is drought resistant and easy to grow. It is a social plant that is compatible with Heucheras, Lavenders, and other succulents. This plant is approximately eighteen months old when it reaches the garden centre and will double in size over the next two years, eventually growing to a height of 0.6 metres by 0.6 metres.
