Phormium Yellow Wave

This stunning, evergreen, native flax was selected for its bold variegated yellow to cream foliage, which intensifies depending on the season. It maintains a tidy habit, which thrives in almost all New Zealand soil and climatic conditions. It is compatible when planted alongside grasses, Astelias and Hebes and requires little maintenance. This plant is approximately two years old when it reaches the garden centre and will double in size over the next two years, eventually growing to a height of 1.5 metres by 1.5 metres.
