GORGEOUS GAVINEAS

Garvinea is the first series of hardy Gerberas for the garden - outdoor flower fun!  Flowering profusely they can be picked like normal Gerberas to give you a wonderful fresh bouquet of flowers every week.

Garvinea are available in a large range of colours to suit all tastes and planting schemes.  Their flowers are slightly smaller than indoor Gerberas, but they make up for this in the sheer number of flowers open at any one time and the length of the flowering period, from early spring until late autumn or the first frosts. 

Garvineas prefer full sun/part shade and tolerate most soils as long as they are free draining.  Water regularly during summer months and fertilise monthly from spring to autumn.  To deadhead these little beauties, simply break the spent flowers off at the base of the stem.
