GERANIUM 'ROZANNE' - THE PRESS PLANT OF THE MONTH - DECEMBER 2009
Geranium 'Rozanne' is an outstanding new variety which has prolific large violet-blue saucer-shaped flowers with light blue-white centres. Its long flowering period, from late spring to late autumn, makes it a must-have for gardeners who like colour. Its green foliage forms a tidy clump making it the perfect filler for any garden. 'Rozanne' makes a great edger and works well under taller plants, such as roses and standards. A sprinkling of 'Rozanne' in a native garden will create drama and interest. If heat tolerance is an issue, 'Rozanne' is great for rock gardens, containers and hanging baskets.
The Press Gardening has five Geranium 'Rozanne' plants to give away. To enter the draw, write your name and address on the back of an envelope and send it to Geranium 'Rozanne' Giveaway, Press Gardening, PO Box 1005, Christchurch 8140, to reach us no later than noon on Wednesday 9th December 2009.
