Enviro-Mark NZ is fast becoming a world-renowned brand which recognizes business performance in a number of areas including the following:

It provides businesses with a framework to systematically assess their performance against agreed standards.  Enviro-Mark NZ Platinum standard is achieved through a third party audit, which also includes the previous three levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold).  At the platinum level Gardening Solutionz has produced documentation of operational procedures and systems used to manage environmental aspects and impacts (eg work instructions, practices, training and communication, management review).

In support of this policy, we:

- comply with all relevant laws, regulations and Company procedures related to safety, employee health, environmental quality and    public health as a minimum standard of acceptable practice.

- Incorporate health, safety and environmental considerations into the development of existing and new products.

- Ensure that the storage, use and disposal of all chemicals and their end products are managed in a way that minimizes adverse impacts upon our environment.

- Continue to monitor all our nursery activities, including irrigation, fertilizer and spraying and to adopt practices and technologies which reduce the impact of these tasks to people and to the environment.

- Provide management leadership and require employees to share accountability for continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance.

- Provide workplace policies, standards, procedures and training to ensure that employees can perform their jobs in a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible manner.

- Maintain current and effective environmental, health and safety policies and procedures and communicate them to all employees.

- Require contractors and visitors to comply with company health, safety and environmental policies, standards and procedures.
